Executive Chef
Our luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of our food operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating a strong knowledge of international cuisine and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities
- Menu planning
- Ordering and inventory management
- Training and developing our kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar executive chef role
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine
- Passion for creating innovative and high‑quality dishes
- Experience leading a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
