Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to spearhead the culinary launch of an exciting new luxury lifestyle dining concept opening in Cape Town!

We are seeking a culinary leader with a strong background in high-end restaurants or luxury lifestyle venues. The successful candidate will be an Italian and Mediterranean cuisine specialist with the vision, creativity, and operational expertise required to build a restaurant from pre-opening through to becoming one of the city's premier dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary development and pre-opening journey of a new luxury lifestyle restaurant
  • Develop innovative Italian and Mediterranean-inspired offerings that differentiate the concept within the market
