Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman. As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Requirements
- Must be of Indian nationality with excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity of traditional Indian recipes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
