Job Purpose:

To assist and support with tender submission for yard repairs, fabrications, new building and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing yards to local and overseas clients.
• Able to engage global industry contacts and cultivate strong relations with clients.
• Solicit and collate market intelligence for development of business strategy.
• Coordinate and work with internal cross-functional departments to work on quotations and support the execution and delivery of projects/jobs.
• Assist with tender submission.
• Maintain positive relationships with all existing and potential clients.
• Prepare monthly marketing report on business negotiations, proposal and tender.
• Assist with all contractual related matters.
• Provide support in vessel chartering.
