Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Level 3 Server Engineer to provide advanced technical expertise in server infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise system administration. This candidate will serve as the highest escalation point for server-related incidents, lead infrastructure projects, support cloud transformation initiatives, and ensure the stability, security, and performance of customer environments.
The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, VMware virtualization, Microsoft Azure, M365 services, backup solutions, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting for server and infrastructure-related incidents.
