Job Description
Manage executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational confidentiality.Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval.Support general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.Assist with event planning and execution, such as team meetings or client engagements.
