Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Owenr’s professional and personal calendar, appointments, and travel.
- Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of special events, high‑level meetings, and hospitality logistics.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Support in project management and task follow‑up across different business verticals (hospitality, events, real estate, etc.).
- Coordinate household and lifestyle needs (including errands, vendors, reservations, etc.).
- Ensure seamless communication and operational support across time zones and teams.
- Occasionally travel with or on behalf of the founder when needed.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial or hospitality environment.
