Overview
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Affairs, the Executive Assistant to the President will manage the President’s office to support efficient decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s agenda and calendar.
- Lead planning and coordination of the President’s travel.
- Provide operational support and ensure decision‑making excellence in the Presidents Office.
- Monitor incoming flow of work, compile daily briefing reports, and brief the President and Chief of Staff.
- Screen and analyze correspondence, liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain rolling weekly, monthly and quarterly view of engagements.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education in a field relevant to the position.
- Proficiency in English and French at an advanced level (reading, writing, speaking).
