Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the Director
β Manage the Directorβs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
β Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
β Handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
β Assist in meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, and following up on action points.
β Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Customer Query & Coordination.
β Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
β Escalate and route issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely closure.
β Track and follow up on customer commitments made by various teams.
β Maintain updated customer records and communications in the CRM system.
