Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Manage complex calendars and meetings for multiple investment professionals, prioritizing meetings and travel in line with strategic priorities and time sensitivity.

  • Manage global conferences, NDRs, and corporate access pipelines end-to-end

  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, IR teams, and corporates

  • Improve workflows using AI tools and smarter process design

  • Manage end-to-end travel, logistics, and meeting arrangement, including administrative coordination, managing itineraries, expense processing

    • You must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate access, EA, or research support within financial services

  • Proven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments

  • Strong judgment, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Confident communicator with external-facing professionalism and persistence
