Key Responsibilities
β Act as the sole point of reference for the office of CHIEF MENTOR.
β Maintain records that are relevant to the CHIEF MENTORβs office in both electronic and physical form.
β Book personal & complex travel arrangements, plan itineraries etc.
β Running errands for official work.
β Efficient Calendar Management, Bill payment and schedule external meetings.
β Take minutes as directed and issue the appropriate updates, ensuring all actions are carried through till closure
β Organising required meetings, coordinate with attendees.
β Carry-out due diligence for the CHIEF MENTOR as required.
β Following up on action items with the CHIEF MENTOR and his team and getting it done within timelines outlined.
β Assist the CHIEF MENTOR with Personal errands and requirements which includes: -
β Manage vendor relationships.
