Job Description
For one of our client, an asset manager in Geneva, we a looking for an Executive Assistant for an ExCo member.
Responsibilities
- Managing a complex professional and personal schedule and making arrangements for regular international business trips (check-ins, flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, etc.).
- Taking telephone calls and managing requests from different people inside and outside of the firm.
- Organising and preparing documentation for internal as well as external meetings.
- Managing mails in English mostly.
- Managing expenses, invoices and other private related items.
- Helping organise team offsites and client events.
- Helping arrange logistics for regular team meetings, across offices around Europe.
