Job Description

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Faculty General Manager, this role provides strategic administrative support to the Dean and Faculty General Manager. Driving operational excellence within the Faculty, some key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing high-level executive support to the Dean and Faculty General Manager including diary management, travel coordination and meeting management

  • Preparing, editing and coordinating briefings, presentations, reports and minutes as required

  • Using Google suite applications and other internal systems and technologies

  • Acting as the key liaison point between the Faculty Executive Team and external stakeholders

  • Providing advice and responsive client service on Faculty matters while exercising discretion and sound judgement
