Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the founder of a venture capital fund. This is not a traditional administrative role. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, exceptionally organized, comfortable working directly with investors, founders, vendors, and third parties, and eager to grow into a larger role over time. You will act as the founder's right hand, helping manage communications, coordinate deals, conduct research, and keep projects moving forward. This role requires someone who is responsive, ambitious, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions without constant oversight. Full time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm EST.

- Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities across email, Telegram, and other communication channels.
