Executive Assistant
This role serves as a strategic administrative partner to the President/CEO, delivering high-level clerical and organizational support essential to the companyβs day-to-day and long-term operations! The position is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, and researching, compiling, and occasionally analyzing information to support executive decision-making.
Acting as a central point of coordination, this individual collaborates with department heads, managers, staff, and customers to facilitate seamless information flow, resolve inquiries, and support business initiatives. The role requires a high degree of independence, discretion, and sound judgment, with supervision provided as needed.
