The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating business travel, managing helpdesk requests, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and supporting administration activities while ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage helpdesk activities related to employee travel requests and ensure timely processing of approved travel plans. Coordinate with external travel agencies for domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and Forex card arrangements.
