Job Description
We are looking for an experienced supervisor for our client in Vantaa.
Responsibilities
- Measure, level, and perform various compaction works.
- Supervise road compaction activities and related personnel.
- Manage work proactively and maintain effective teamwork.
Qualifications
- Several years of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with laser equipment and road compaction techniques.
- Valid occupational safety card.
- Experience operating small excavators is considered an advantage.
- Proactive work attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Salary will be based on the infra‑sector collective agreement, depending on your skills and experience. The project duration is approximately 1.5 years.
