Position Overview
CFT Group is seeking an experienced Excavator / Dozer Operator to join our team in Stittsville. This role is ideal for a highly skilled operator with 5–10+ years of experience in demanding environments such as heavy civil, mining, pipeline, recycling, or large-scale material handling operations.
The successful candidate will be confident operating equipment safely and efficiently, working independently, and contributing to the continued growth and development of our yard operations.
Starting Wage: $27–$35 per hour, based on experience, skill, and overall fit.
