Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands‑on Events Services Executive to join our events team. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate who is interested in events, brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows and on‑ground project execution.

You will support the planning, coordination and execution of events, working closely with internal teams, clients, vendors and on‑site crew. Training and guidance will be provided, but the ideal candidate should be eager to learn, responsible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from preparation to execution.
• Support the team in preparing event proposals, schedules, checklists and run‑of‑show documents.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues and manpower under guidance from the manager.
• Coordinate event logistics, including deliveries, setup, teardown and on‑site requirements.
