- Maintain departmental filing and tracing systems.
- Provide clerical support to senior management.
- Assist in conducting hotel inspections and handling walkβin inquiries.
- Passion for supporting the department.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Professional, discreet, and can handle sensitive information.
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Communicate and write fluently in English.
- Preferably has hospitality-related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- Adherence to the hotelβs grooming and uniform guidelines.
