Scope of Work

  • Develop and manage an event timeline and logistics plan for the board meeting activities.

  • Source and negotiate with vendors,and suppliers ensuring value for money (catering, transportation, gifts & souvenirs accommodation and board engagement day events etc.)

  • Manage the board meeting event registration at the Karura Forest, support in developing and circulating the events communication and provide on-site support to staff and the Board members.
