Lead client implementations as an Event Technology Implementation Specialist. Oversee the onboarding workflow from client signature to go-live while ensuring detailed documentation and successful technical alignments.
This role focuses on managing project timelines and coordinating between teams for a smooth implementation experience. You'll build registration logic, supervise setups, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
