Adecco is seeking enthusiastic and efficient Line Leads to join our client’s team for the upcoming convention in San Diego, CA – Monday 7/20/25 – Sunday 7/26/25. Line Leads will provide excellent customer service and assist guests with event-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for pop culture, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
+ Manage event lines accurately and efficiently.
+ Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
+ Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
+ Maintain knowledge of event details, pricing, and promotions.
**Qualifications:**
+ Customer service experience preferred.
