About the RolePlayAll Sports is hiring an Event Executive to manage and execute sports events across our venues. This is a field-based role where you'll coordinate logistics, oversee on-ground operations, drive registrations, and ensure a great participant experience. Responsibilities• Coordinate tournaments, leagues, and corporate events.
• Manage venue setup, vendors, and participant coordination.
• Execute events on-ground and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle registrations, scorekeeping, and prize distribution.
• Convert leads into registrations through calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
