What You’ll Do

You’ll be the key link that keeps projects running smoothly — turning plans into well-organised, well-executed events.

• Lead the coordination of projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, resources and details are on track.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, vendors and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Prepare project timelines, quotations, work schedules and production requirements.
• Oversee pre-event preparations, including sourcing, logistics planning and manpower coordination.
