WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a motivated, proactive Event Coordinator to support our Staffing, Project, and Finance teams across a wide variety of live events. This role is essential in keeping projects organised, on schedule, and aligned with operational timelines.
You’ll handle key administrative and coordination tasks, work closely with multiple departments, and play a hands‑on role during onsite delivery at festivals and events.
