Description
- Understand requirements for each event
- Research vendors (Hotels, Private Halls, Resorts, Production Vendors ( Stage, Sound, Lights, etc), Media Vendors ( Photographer, Videographer )catering, decorators, Influencers, artist, etc.). To keep Minimum quantity ( At Least 10 Vendors of each Category ) – Time Line ( End of August )
- Sending enquiries and Preparing quotation for all the Clients which are brought in by Sales Team .
- Following up on the updates with the clients and Vendors on timely manner .
- Coordinating with the Venues and ensuring all the required things are aligned as per the contractual requirements ( From Start to End )
- Once the event is confirmed by the sales team , The entire execution from the first to the last stage to be efficiently managed . Complete coordination from client to the vendors. Records to be Maintained for each project ( 1s...
