King Edward’s School, Bath is seeking a reliable and practical Evening Site Operative/Caretaker to join our Estates and Facilities team. This is a varied role supporting the smooth running, security and upkeep of the School site during the evening, including overseeing facility hires, securing buildings, setting up for events, transporting items across the campus, carrying out basic cleaning and maintenance tasks, and helping to keep the School environment safe, tidy and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee evening use of school facilities, including external hires and bookings.
Support the set-up and clear-down of School events and activities.
Help secure the School site by locking buildings, closing windows and switching off lights.
Carry out general caretaking, cleaning and routine maintenance tasks.
