Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated EV Battery Service Technician cum Operations Supervisor to oversee the technical servicing of electric vehicle (EV) battery systems while supervising daily workshop operations. The successful candidate will ensure that battery diagnostics, repairs, testing, and maintenance are carried out safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, testing, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and replacement of EV battery packs and Battery Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal battery performance
- Conduct battery health assessments, charging and discharging tests, insulation resistance tests, and performance evaluations using appropriate diagnostic equipment to identify issues and verify functionality
