Job Description
Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor for our Aftersales Service Center in DIP. You will lead daily workshop operations, allocate repairs, monitor quality, and drive First Time Fix Rate while ensuring safety and compliance with OEM standards.
You will coach technicians, collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through accurate repair information and timely vehicle delivery.
