Experienced Veterinary Surgeon – Home Euthanasia (Mobile Role)
Location: Hampshire.
Salary: £24 per hour FTE + profit share.
Role Overview
The role is a full‑time or part‑time mobile veterinary surgeon position focused exclusively on home euthanasia and end‑of‑life support. The successful candidate will work alone throughout the day and will visit clients at home, providing compassionate, long‑appointment care.
- Minimum 24 hours per week (full‑time or part‑time).
- Typical hours 9 am to 6 pm with flexibility where possible.
- Work includes one Saturday per week as a full visit day.
- No Sundays, Bank Holidays or formal out‑of‑hours work.
- On average, four visits per day with appointment blocks of 1‑2 hours.
- Generous travel time built into the working day.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of UK veterinary experience.
- Confident working sole charge.
