Join our team as an EUC L1 Smart Hands Support Technician to deliver essential onsite technical support. Collaborate with remote engineers to perform hardware setups and troubleshooting tasks.
In this role, you will serve as the physical support for remote engineering and network teams. Candidates should have experience in IT support, particularly in End-User Computing (EUC) and basic networking. You will engage in deploying user hardware, managing server room tasks, and documenting IT assets while adhering to corporate security standards.
