Full-time Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ETL test projects
• Manage various stakeholders and ensure smooth and on-time delivery of the project
• Prepare test plan, test strategy, test case design, and any required testing reporting documents as requested by the client
• Write and guide team members in preparing SQL test scripts; must have good working knowledge of SQL
• Ensure test documents and test evidence are of high quality and submitted on time
• Quantify, manage, track, and report testing status, SLAs, and KPIs
• Prepare and share daily and weekly status reports as part of reporting requirements
• Understand and analyze project requirements
• Conduct defect triage, evaluate root cause analysis for bugs, and work with the development team to resolve them
• Prepare defect leakage analysis
