You'll prepare accurate cost estimates and collaborate with project managers to deliver precise bids.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen opportunities to match production capacity
• Analyze project drawings and specifications thoroughly
• Prepare detailed cost estimates with Takeoff software
• Collaborate with project managers on bids
• Maintain organized project records of estimates and correspondence
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with Takeoff software
• 3+ years of construction estimating experience
