Overview

Our client, PCL Industrial Management Inc., is seeking a seasoned construction professional to join their team as a Senior Estimator. The Senior Estimator will be a cornerstone of the Estimating and Project departments, supporting the organization in delivering accurate cost estimates across mechanical scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates, including subcontractor pricing, for mechanical scopes of work.
• Lead small to medium estimates or components of large estimates, and review all associated bid documents.
• Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications to determine and validate scope of work.
• Work with and support the estimating team and senior management to grow business in alignment with the district strategic plan, leveraging competitive intelligence and market direction.
