Job Description
The Estimator / Proposals Specialist is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and submission of accurate and competitive cost estimates and technical proposals for Power Services projects. This role supports Technical Services across utility, industrial, and commercial markets, including maintenance, testing, commissioning, and emergency service work on electrical power systems. The position works closely with operations, project managers, and field teams to develop detailed scopes, pricing, and client‑facing submissions.
