The Estimator will collaborate with design teams, clients, and project stakeholders to provide cost advice and value engineering options while maintaining the project intent. You will evaluate market conditions, labor/material trends, and contribute to benchmarking and cost database development. This role also requires support for client presentations and reporting deliverables.
