As an Estimator, you will review client email briefs, interpret production requirements, and generate competitive and consistent pricing to support the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Estimation & Pricing: review and interpret client briefs, prepare cost estimates, apply knowledge of print production processes, understand paper types, assess finishing processes, create consistent pricing structures, maintain historical data.
• Communication & Workflow: communicate with internal teams, work within set timeframes, ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
• Tools & Reporting: use Excel spreadsheets to manage pricing data, create quotes directly from email briefs.
• Ad Hoc Duties: add delivery consignments, search database, email Proof of Delivery documents.
