Job Description
Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Delivery teams, you will play a key role in preparing accurate estimates, managing tender submissions, and supporting the successful delivery of projects ranging from minor works through to multi-million-dollar refurbishments.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost planning
- Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Assist in tender presentations and contract negotiations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Estimator working for a commercial head contractor
- Previous experience delivering fitout and refurbishment projects valued up to $10M
