Insight Global is looking for a New Construction Estimator that will be responsible for reviewing building plans, determine project labor and materials, oversee all cost proposals, and handle the entire bidding process to help win new projects.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Utilizes industry-standard techniques and internal processes to produce precise project estimates. Prepares comprehensive proposal letters, evaluates materials and pricing meticulously, and ensures compliance with project requirements. Vigilantly incorporates all project updates and changes into estimates promptly for accuracy.
• Offers specialized guidance on vendor selection, meticulously evaluates pricing quotes, and assesses vendor proposals for technical adherence and quality.
• Reviews project plans and specifications to gain a complete understanding of the project's scope. Assists with scope qualifications, exclusions and final pricings while working with the business dev...
