Job Description

Our Edmonton, AB branch is currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Sprinkler Project Estimating, involving both small and large contracts, as well as Project Management for all contracts sold.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities

  • Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing proposals, and securing purchase orders/contracts

  • Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades

  • Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews

  • Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders

  • Effectively manage projects to successful and profitable completion
