Job Description
- Ensure that estimation procedures are thoroughly followed and take responsibility for the selection of tenders.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of tender documents and the scope of work allocate tasks to subordinates and lead pre-tender and post-tender meetings and discussions.
- Respond to queries from clients and consultants and study the general and preliminary requirements of the project.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of achievement in a similar role ideally with a background in site engineering site management or quantity surveying.
- Liaise with various departments for the technical submission of tenders.
- Review all tender documents brief top management on project details and secure the most competitive offers for subcontracted items in line with tender specifications.
