Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely project tenders and cost estimates
• Assess documentation, identify project requirements and risks
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and compare quotations
• Assist with budget preparation, scopes of work, and scheduling
• Contribute to proposal strategies and value engineering
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure high-quality submissions
