Position Summary
Estimator 1 is the senior estimating role within the Commercial Team. This position is responsible for the full estimating life cycle including complex take‑offs, competitive pricing strategies, project coordination, and high‑level customer relationship management. Estimator I works with significant independence, mentors junior estimators, and plays a key role in securing profitable commercial business. The role requires a deep working knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, construction documents, and the wholesale distribution business model including the ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
