Role Overview

The Senior Estimation Team Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating, and mentoring a team of 5–7 estimators within the Buildings Division. Reporting directly to the Preconstruction Manager/Director, this role ensures the successful completion of detailed, accurate cost estimates across a range of building projects, including commercial, institutional, residential, healthcare, and public facilities.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical acumen with proven leadership and communication skills to drive performance, collaboration, and consistency within the estimation function.

• Lead and manage the estimation team throughout the full preconstruction cycle, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all estimates and cost analyses.
