The Estimation Manager is responsible for leading the estimation process for assigned tender projects, ensuring accurate costing, coordination with internal departments, subcontractor engagement, and overall team performance. This role is critical for project success from bidding through to execution. Key Responsibilities: Pricing: Review and finalize project cost estimates prepared by Estimation Engineers and Senior Estimation Engineers. Ensure alignment with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project scope, RFP/client specifications, and company standards, covering all materials, equipment, and manpower requirements. Subcontractor Selection: Negotiate with subcontractors to obtain competitive offers and ensure alignment with project specifications and budget expectations.
