Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FM estimation, tendering, costing, and proposal preparation for hard and soft services, including MEP maintenance, HVAC, civil works, cleaning and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates, and pricing for FM projects and contracts
- Review RFQs, tenders, technical specifications, and drawings
- Analyze manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Conduct site visits and technical surveys when required
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines
