Orbit International Survey Services LLC is actively looking for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The Mechanical Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for quantifying actual work in accordance with contractual terms, comparing with bid quantities, and preparing re-measurement reports, variation proposals and invoices. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, deadlines and commercial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, systems and procedures to maintain controlled and compliant project execution.
• Follow all Health Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) protocols as well as Information Security standards to uphold a safe and secure workplace.
• Analyze scope of work, review contract documentation and evaluate related correspondence for clarity and alignment.
