Job Description
Williams Parker, the region’s largest and oldest law firm founded in 1925 is seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in Sarasota, Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with 10+ years of experience handling complex estate, trust, and inheritance litigation.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and bring a demonstrated record of trial experience in estate and trust litigation matters. While a portable book of business is highly preferred, we are equally interested in attorneys with a strong reputation, deep experience, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to a sophisticated litigation practice.
