The Essentials Retail Concierge provides exceptional guest service by assisting with shopping, retail experiences, and personalized shopping recommendations within the resort’s retail outlets. The role is designed to enhance the guest experience by offering expert guidance on resort boutiques, shops, and special merchandise; as well as coordinating purchases and delivering high-level service. The Essentials Retail concierge will also act as a liaison between guests and the resort’s food, beverage, and retail offers, delivering high-quality guest service while fulfilling guest requests. As the Essentials Retail Concierge, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T.
